Crisis Management for Grounded Aircraft

This course equips the learner with the knowledge required to identify a potential crisis on board an aircraft that is currently grounded and gives the learner the ability to recognise and identify what aerodrome procedures should be implemented, what resources and manpower will be deployed to deal with such an incident. The course aims to impart learners with a wide-ranging knowledge about Crisis management, emergency planning and response, accident prevention strategies, evacuation plan and exercises, airport rescue and firefighting, accident investigation, attending to victims and families and management of media.
