The 3day Management of Training workshop shall provide participants with a concise understanding of the significance of training for organizational growth and service excellence. The five day program, examines management processes and responsibilities as they pertain to training centre management and employee development programs. The participants shall analyse the processes involved in planning, designing and developing a learning programme; facilitate learning through selecting and integrating various methodologies including E-learning. The course also addresses the influence, collaboration and negotiation processes relevant to the role of a manager of learning programs for adults.
